Saranac Garage Door Co. is a customer-driven and focused company. The owner, Al Talan, started out in the manufacturing industry that served Aerospace, Automotive, Steel, and Glass industries. After having served in roles as an application engineer, sales engineering, and service manager, he left the industry to care for his parents.
“I took this time to reflect on what I wanted to do in the future. I always wanted to start my own business and do something in a hands-on capacity. After being introduced to the world of garage doors, I knew this was for me. It is 100% driven by the customer. There is nothing better than installing a new door, and seeing the smile on the customer’s face.”
