Very satisfied with my new garage door and opener, replacing the original that was more than 40 years old. Was installed within the timeframe initially provided. Was knowledgeable about the choices available. Work area was fully cleaned up and returned to its original state when they were done. New door looks great.

Al and his team did a great job. Courteous and clean. Very friendly and helpful with explaining all the elements that go along with the new garage door. Al was kind enough to stop by late in the day to meet with me and give me an estimate on the cost of the new door. I would highly recommend Saranac Garage Door Co.

My garage door spring failed. I called Saranac based on the 5 star rating they received from Google reviews. I was not disappointed. They were out at my house in two hours. Gave me a fair price and quickly finished the job. Albert provided exemplary customer service. He was very friendly and courteous. Give them a try! You’ll be happy you did! Thank you Albert!

Great garage door replacement experience. Al was prompt, provided appropriate updates, and provided seamless installation.
Sam R.
Great experience overall, still cannot believe how quiet the door opens and closes…workmanship was great, clean‐up and follow through was fantastic. We are very appreciative of their efforts from start to finish.

A really enjoyable experience working with Al on getting my garage door system tuned up. Very knowledgeable with my specific system and was able to explain all parts of the job clearly. Door sounds 10 times better. Very happy with the price as well.

Needed a new remote and an outside keypad replaced. I could not be any happier with the work performed by Al at Saranac. He was able to schedule my appointment right away, he showed up on time and was very cordial, his work was top-notch, and his pricing was more than fair. I will definitely keep Saranac in mind in the future!

Al did an excellent job with my automatic garage door opener. He made sure the job was done the right way, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Saranac Garage Door Co.

Proud Partner of

As a contractor myself, I work with a lot of trades, and Saranac Garage Doors has really stood out for their quality and professionalism. The first time I worked with them was actually on my own home, which I was building in Broadview Heights. The owner is knowledgeable, has a solid selection of doors, and gave me great recommendations on brands and openers. The install went smoothly, and anytime we’ve had a question, he’s been quick to respond. Great customer service all around. Since then, I’m always glad to recommend him to my clients who need garage doors.
